"...I made a study before coming to the United States on how many places called...Shiloh you have in the United States.  You have five places called Shiloh.  Let us assume for a moment that the respective governors of the states in which those places we find, issue an edict that all citizens of the United States can settle in Shiloh escept one category of the citizens, Jews.  The Jewish citizens are absolutely excluded from those places.  I suppose there would be an outcry throughout the United States.  You would be one of them who would then say this is racism; it is racist discrimination against the Jews...Now I would like to ask: how can I be expected, the Jewish Prime Minister, to say to Jews living in our country, you are not allowed to acquire a piece of land and build your home there - at Shiloh, the original Shiloh."
